To provide psychotherapy to adolescents and families as indicated in a variety of residential settings and in the community. Provide initial assessments. Develop and implement treatment plans together with program staff, families and client. Provide transition and discharge planning as applicable.
Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work and relevant clinical experience with children and/or adolescents and their families. Licensure may be required (LCSW or LICSW preferred). Other related Masters Degree with license (LMFT/LCDP) or license eligible considered. Valid Driver’s license with auto insurance that meets or exceeds the agency specific amount of liability coverage. Due to the dynamic nature of Residential services, Residential employees must be willing and able to adapt to changes in location, shift and task assignments if program needs require such changes. Although a concerted effort is made to avoid assignment changes, these are necessary from time to time.
