The Residential Case Manager provides appropriate role modeling in a trauma-informed therapeutic environment that promotes the physical, mental and behavioral health of each resident and assists them in developing life skills. The Residential Case Manager works as a part of a collaborative trauma informed therapeutic team, establishing open communications and support among co-workers. The team is comprised of clinical and non-clinical staff in the residential program. The Residential Case Manager provides case management services support and advocacy for adolescents as well as shift supervision function in the Program Manager’s absence. Due to the nature of the work and client needs, the Residential Case Manager is considered a “direct care position.”
